	Hello Friends, These past 5 years in the restaurant business it has been a pleasure to meet and get to know a lot of people from different walks of life and backgrounds. Some of which have become very dear friends. One thing I keep hearing from our customers is where do you go to meet other single people with out having to hang out around the bar scene. I have done some research on this and think I have come up with an answer. Speed Dating! We are going to start hosting special events in our new Ranch Hall Event Center aimed at allowing single professional men and woman, of specific age groups, to meet new people in a safe fun enviroment.
	How it Works We will set a date for an event for a specific age group of singles to meet. You must register and pre pay so that we have an exact number of men and woman present. If you are not of the age group represented at this event, you provide us with your personal information and we will let you know when an event is scheduled for your age group. When you arrive you will be welcomed by our professional hosts, checked in and given a personalized numbered name badge and a pen and invited to have a drink at the bar. You will be made to feel comfortable. When everyone has arrived one of our organizers will do a short introductory welcoming speech. Explain some of the logistics. Explain how to use your Speed Dating Ticket and so on and reaffirm that we are here to make sure you have a good time. When the dating part of the evening starts, those with badge number one will start at table number one, those with badge number two at table number two and so on. After five minutes, we will ring a bell, the girls will stay seated and all the guys will move round one table. Between each date we allow a little time for you to make your notes on your dates using your Speeding Ticket. The events will continue (with a fifteen minute half time break) until you have met everyone there. With Speed dating, everyone is there to meet other people - just like you. You have just enough time with each person to decide whether or not you would like to see them again, and you only get put in contact with the people you want to meet who also want to meet you again - no more awkward phone calls and no having to avoid people you do not connect with.
	Is 5 Minutes Long Enough? Five minutes turns out to be the perfect amount of time. Just enough time to leave your date wanting more if they are interested and not long if the other person turns out to be someone that just is not right for you. We want you to have a fun, but also, ultimately a successful evening. It has been proven that five minutes is the right amount of time to decide whether you're prepared to invest more time in follow up emails and phone calls to land a real date with someone you meet at one of these events. Five minutes per date also enables you to meet 10-15 dates in one night without getting completely worn out.
	What If I Like Someone? During the evening, simply enter a tick on the Speeding Ticket corresponding to the person you would like to see again. You provide us whatever contact information you wish to be shared. We will email or text you if that person or persons feel the same. You will be pleasantly surprised as to how many matches you will get. To protect everyone involved we will not forward anyone's details unless there is a match.
	Why do I need to book in advance? We need to ensure an even balance of men and woman. What if I do not want to pay online? Simply call our coorinator at 541-548-7700 and she can book you in over the phone - We take every type of debit card. Can I bring a friend? Yes of course. Many do for moral support and to help overcome those understandable nerves. Depending upon the venue, we can normally accommodate your friends who want to come along but not participate. There is no charge for "guests". How should I dress for Speed Dating? We do not operate a strict dress code, however we generally advise to dress 'Smart Casual'. This is not a fashion show - jeans and a smart top are fine, but above all - be yourself!. Wear what you are comfortable with but don't forget that first impressions count! How strick are the age ranges? Relatively strict. If the age range for example is 26-34 then you are going to be out of place if you are in your forties. However if you are 36 and accept the age range then you are likely to enjoy the evening, and hopefully meet the right person. How much does it cost? Most of these events will be in the $30.00 range per attendee. Coyote Ranch will provide some complementary appetizers before the event starts. Of course there will be a full bar to help displace any pre dating jitters. We want this to be a fun, social and possibly the beginning of a "beautiful relationship" This also includes the emailing reminders before the event, the professional hosting of the evening and emailing and/or SMS text messaging your matches afterwards. Can I cancel? Yes - provided you contact us by email or phone at least seven days before the event you will be refunded in full - no questions asked.
